Return & Exchange Timeframe
We happily accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. This gives you plenty of time to ensure your swimwear fits perfectly and matches your style.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- In original condition with tags attached
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following swimwear items if the hygiene seal has been removed or if they show signs of wear:
- Women Bikini Bottoms
- Women One-Pieces
- Women Tankinis
These items may only be returned if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, and all original tags and hygiene seals are intact.
Step-by-Step Return Process

2 Wait for Authorization
Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
3 Package Your Items
Securely package your items in the original packaging if possible. Include the original receipt and note your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.
4 Ship Your Return
